Current Projects
At present there are no schemes under development. However, sites are actively being sought, and considered.
In addition, the company is advising a property owner on a shared ownership and development matter, a commercial property owner on Permitted Development Rights and Established Use Certificates and a potential investment sale, working on the assembly of a number of town centre retail/mixed use development sites, is managing a residential portfolio in Faringdon and a growing number of other residential properties, and has other matters under active consideration.

Faringdon Construction of this pair of one bedroom semi-detached bungalows, benefitting from a full 10 year NHBC Warranty. One of the bungalows has already been sold and the other has been let. There are also eight flats on site each having two bedrooms on the site which are let, though vacancies do occur should you be interested in renting.
