Selden Properties Limited is a property consultancy advising a number of clients on a variety of residential and commercial development opportunities, acts as property manager on a residential investment portfolio and also as a commercial property consultant on investment and development propositions. In addition, Selden Properties is a holding company for a number of businesses operating in the property sector, primarily as residential developers, though with expertise in a number of other fields, including commercial and agricultural.
Selden Properties was formed in 1992 and has since that time, directly and through its various subsidiaries, been involved in projects as diverse as a variety of new build housing developments; refurbishment projects; development management for clients; identifying development opportunities, securing planning consents and selling on or developing the land; the creation of a substantial residential investment portfolio and its management; pre-let office schemes; pre-let industrial developments; a pre-let retail warehousing development; the acquisition of a number of farms, adding value through planning and subdivision; and farming. The current emphasis is on development consultancy and residential development, with some residential investment/management work and commercial property consultancy.
