Selden Properties Limited is a property consultancy advising a number of clients on a variety of residential and commercial development opportunities, and also acts as property manager of residential investment portfolios.
In addition, Selden Properties is a holding company for a number of businesses operating in the property sector, primarily as residential developers, though with expertise in a number of other fields, primarily commercial and agricultural.
The current emphasis is on development consultancy and residential development, with some investment work.
